I can't take it anymore! All I can think about is food! I am starting to feel sick and I have been really tired lately. This morning I had softball practice and then we had to lift weights. I felt so dizzy and lightheaded. And to make everything worse my mom is starting to ask me questions about my weird behavior. I don't know what to tell her. I think she is going to try to get me help! But I don't want help... I want to be skinny!!!
Today i ate...
1/2 a package of oatmeal (85 calories)
saltine crakers (70 calories)
and popcorn (100 calories)
255 calories!!!!!!! Why am I so fat!?!
Does anyone know some food that I can eat that will fill me up but won't make me fat! :( Let me know!

  1. As in foods to fill you up without adding too many calories? I can think of a few that I used to live off... shredded lettuce (a whole head is 45 cals but makes up about 6-10 small bowls) - you can have it with fat free dressing or salsa. Fat free yogurt pots (you can get ones that are 45-50 cals per pot) - frozen yogurt too, that's usually very low-cal. All veggies and fruit, steamed or fresh, are your new best friend. Oatmeal is good - so can popcorn be, if it's not covered in oil or sugar. I would stay away from things like crackers, they're what I call 'empty carbs' - they're not particularly high calorie, but they have virtually no nutritional value. They're a waste of calories. Tins of tuna if you eat fish are also good AND an excellent way to get your protein in. Smoothies made with skim milk and frozen berries only come to around 100 calories for a tall class and you could drink this for one meal.

  2. drink lots of water too :) hot drinks are also helpful for fighting off hunger cravings - they keep you busy and fill you up too! xxxxx
